Why does my Win10 have two Product Keys?

Okay, not an NTLite question, per se. But I figure someone here knows the answer. And to make it applicable to NLite, which of two different multiple Product Key would one use in, say, unattended install?

After my latest attempt to Host Refresh my ancient Dell-installed Win10 resulted in an unactivated Win10, I used NirSoft's ProduKey to gather some data.

It reports that I have two Product Keys. One is a BIOS-OEM Key. (Expected.) The other is a Win10 Home key. (Unexpected.)

The only thing that I can think of is that maybe I was forced to Activate Windows after I changed out the OEM Dell HD for a new SSD?

Your OEM product key is permanently visible.
Your previous activation of an installed Windows may be converted at some point to a digital license.

By default Setup follows these rules:
1. Any unattended file's activation key takes precedence and is used to license Windows.
2. Without a specific activation key, Setup looks for an OEM key.
3. Missing either key, Windows will finish installing and expect you to activate it post-install.
4. Windows tries to connect (phone home) and check if you have a pre-existing digital license.

If you changed major HW components, Windows might think it's a different PC and require a re-activation.

Tnx for the quick reply.

I think I'm done dinking around for this year.
