Win 11 26H2 update failure

I am currently testing Win11 26H2 Iso.

I created a few custom ISO before September Patch Tuesday and it worked well (a few tweaks were not working, but this happens from time ti time)
Then September Patch Tuesday came and none of my VM were able to complete it.

I tried building new custom ISO by downloading kb from Microsoft Catalog Update.
Strangely ntlite reported KB5124008 (windows11.0-kb5124008-x64_81e42f50fdb7af8d15eefc23aa51cf3e23215bdc.msu ) as already installed and I was unable to load it.

Some days later, ntlite was able to show the 26H2 updates by itself and once more ntlite was considering it (kb5124008) already installed preventing to load the update to the new image.

Any Idea ? as both : already running machine and new iso failed.

I must add that Windows just published 2 Out-of-band :

Same Issue : I cannot upload these 2 kb
Final build should then be 26300.9457
 
The 5043080 isn't needed, it is already integrated into the image (Unless you want to add LPs or something like that)
For LCU or OOB that's weird, see with nuhi

LP c'est les packs de langues (Language Pack) que tu voudrais intégrer à l'image, et de mémoire, il faut réintégrer la 5043080 (Checkpoint) pour intégrer les packs de langues
Sinon, si ton ISO est ultérieur à la 26x00.1742, pas besoin d'intégrer la 5043080

"LP" refers to the "language packs" you want to integrate into the image, if I recall correctly, you need to re-integrate update 5043080 (Checkpoint) to integrate the language packs
Otherwise, if your ISO is newer than 26x00.1742, there is no need to integrate 5043080.
 
I built a custom iso wich appears to be 1789481083881.png
BUT Windows update OOBE is showing 1789481169535.png
and still unable to complete the update
Can you help ?

Completion stuck at 38 % and then rolling back

I don't use WU, so I wouldn't be able to help you much.
The WU "protection" is checked under "Compatibility" (Components page) ?
