12700k 3080ti LTSC Latest updates. Ive spent years trying to fix w10 latency. latest drivers for everything and bios for IME 16.1.38.2676. IME is then disabled in device manager. As well as any other devices not used like high def audio controller for hdmi. i disabled hpet to have 0.5ms timer. Defender disabled using comodo. nvclean driver recommended settings, with almost all expert settings, except disable control panel. turned off as much telemetry as i could. system restore indexing, hibernation off, no pagefile. msi mode everything enabled but undefined.
what finally did it for my setup:
ParkControl to turn off parking and freq scaling, set to standard parking and all processors for short and long threads.
Ethernet controller disable everything under advanced and input moderation rate set to minimal.
Use GoInterruptPolicy and set 3080ti to All Close Proc
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\PriorityControl
Win32PrioritySeparation is set to 02 (2).
i went from a spike of 630us while chromium 4k60fps youtube, down to 320ish, with lowest proc lat of 10ms
