Windows 10 22H2 - skipping 2023-12 updates?

Trying to do a Windows 10 22H2 ISO and getting a couple of updates - KB5033372 and KB5031988 that NTLite skips. Trying to figure out why. Anyone have any thoughts?

What is the base ISO version? Please attach your preset (after removing any user passwords or license key).

It's a downloaded 22H2 from media creator.

Your source image is 19045.2006 (22H2 GA build). The current W10 MCT downloads 22H2 May 2023 release right now.
The listed KB updates for Dec 2023 appear correct.

My suggestion is download the current MCT tool, and have it create a new ISO and try again. There should be no reason why NTLite is skipping the updates on this image, but see if the problem goes away with a fresh ISO.

Will get a fresh ISO. I have probably had this ISO since 22H2 went RTM.

Got a new ISO from the MCT, and when I go to add updates, shows this:

Does that mean the ISO I downloaded already has the 2023-12 updates installed?

I think so since it shows 19045.3803 as the build.
Guess that was a gimme

Dec 2023 is build 19045.3803. MS loves you by occasionally updating the MCT image for you.
