Windows 10 build 1809 + LTSC Privacy and Telemetry components

i need a definitve list of the the Capabilities/Features/Components in w10 1809 that are keyloggers/spyers/etc.
i have already got a few possible Capabilities but i need the whole damn lot.

I'm using these, not sure it will count as what you requested, but most of this is privacy related.
 
the only ones i know of are the obvious ones.............

the 'send microsoft ' ones, so ink, speech, typing..............
and the ones that want access to microphone, camera, contacts and calendar
 
I stopped bothering about telemetry after its started breaking stuff... also what would microsoft do with my limited telemetry anyways

Windows 10 LTSC 1809.
Maybe you need to identify what bugs you the most about windows 10,for me it was the attached xml below,It maybe different for you.settings are as follows,All security and updates are a must and still active with a few annoyances fixed.no telemetry whatsoever.Browser import is required.i drop in brave as a portable browser from another hdd.The added drivers are from my pc so drop in your own.Gaming vc runtimes will have to be downloaded by yourself.(english install only on this preset but can be adjusted).

Did you update ISO with latest update and apply tweaks? Did resource usage change after install? I know those are privacy oriented tweaks but did it impact performances of system/games at all? What is working and what not?
 
this is not a gaming thread, i dont game/care about framerates or benchmarking. all i care about is privacy/telemetry components.

I want this thread to stay 100% on track for myself and others who find this whole Telemetry and Privacy issue a total minefield and to have a definitive LTSC 1809 Privacy + Telemetry guide for this forum.

If it doesnt stay on track i will write this thread off and ask nuhi to lock it.

I am also interested in keeping windows telemetry down to minimum or entirely gone, just asking if there was performance difference or not. Other than removing telemetry pieces out of windows os, what else do you do to keep spying down?
 
use w7 or debian for online but that is becoming impractical. i dont not use w10 online.
wheres whys etc dont get me closer to my goal.

group policies go into the registry so all i need to know where each policy setting lives in the registry and apply the correct setting, i can find that at getadmx. for related scheduled tasks i got a bareboned tasks file that i can cherry pick from.

Firewall Rules.
if i delete all current Outbound and Inbound rules then create my own custom rules the only things to get in or out will be my rules only yes?

do the default rules live in the registry? how can i export all the defaults to a list which i can create a cmd file to delete them all?

or is it better to change rules from WFC(binisoft)?

I usually delete everything in inbound/outbound and then exporting the policy after I set my rules(when you import back it will overwrite the default policy on fresh install), and then switching inbound connections that do not match a rule to blocked and outbound connection that do not match a rule to allowed.
I'm also using simplewall by henry++ that extend the windows firewall features.

how do you delete them rules, export then import your own policy? hmm
.wfw file exports and imports from firewall itself?

Control Panel > Windows Defender Firewall > Advanced settings.
You'll see there Import/Export on the right, on the left you'll see Inbound/Outbound rules you can delete or set.
 
ive got 2 good start points now, group policies and firewall rules, now i can get started :D
now i can use a single pc/laptop.
