Windows 10 Cumulative Update integration with Windows 7 Host

It appears that there is some type of issue integrating the latest Win10 CU's from a Windows 7 host PC due to dism failing with a network driver error. Any possibility of debugging this? Small portion of the log file is posted due to log size. I will try dism manually from a Windows 10 ADK install.
