Starting with the original ISO there is an problem if we update to build 3115 (july 2019)

NTLite version 1.8.0.7070

1. Removed 1 keyboard from original ISO
2. Install in VM
3. Update to build 3115 (kb4507459)
   Offline stand-alone update
4. After reboot we have a very slow system.
   The cause is we have every 2 sec a message about Taskhostw.exe in the event viewer.

How do we solve this problem?

Hi, thanks for the report.
Until fixed, please export HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Input\Locales from a working installation.
to a REG file and import it on a broken machine, reboot, that should solve it.
If you don't have a working installation, then load a full image in NTLite - Integrate - Registry - edit Software hive on the right, export that key.
Then with notepad replace temporary key prefix with HKLM\Software, let me know if you need more info on that.
