I removed several components, integrated updates, I'm trying to understand how one ISO ended up with 2GB and another with 4GB, the size of the installation is not important to me, but I was curious, that possibly something unnecessary was removed and is not being removed now.

WinSxS takes up most of the space

I think my error was exactly there, I was unable to install the Realtek appx that changes from headphone to headset, another thing that wasn't working was Activating or deactivating Windows features.

Cancel the compatibility protection for 'Component Stack (System File Detection)'. Do not delete WinSxS and then streamline other components. This will reduce the size of ISO by approximately 0.5-0.8GB. This can enable or disable Windows features normally.

We cant discuss non legal activation incase ms decides to give us a takedown notice, however post no20(mine) may be of help to you ;).
Use regular LTSC, ignore IoT, 2021 apparently has some improvements over 1809 and might be better if you are a gamer.

luckscent: Stop deleting all your old comments, it's not polite.
As moderator, they're visible to me. Cleaning up one or two incorrect posts is fine, but deleting your half of a conversation is bad manners.

I want to add registry tweaks to the LTSC install ISO. But if tweaks are made for regular Win10, and LTSC doesnt have all that apps or processes, what would in that case registry tweak do with entry that enables/disables some function/app that are missing from this edition (like Cortana for eg.)? It would be skipped or should I have to manually delete these entries in tweaks or they can do not harm to just BE there in registry?
Thanks in advance.

Unused registry tweaks will sit in the registry and do nothing. They will however be present when stuff gets installed/reinstalled later, and could go into effect if the installer doesn't overwrite them. In other words, it's possible to uninstall an app, then add a registry tweak that disables said app from running in the background at startup, then reinstall that app and it won't startup in the background again if it respects our tweaking. NTLite actually uses this same concept in various places, and if you uninstall OneDrive it will add a group policy key that disables OneDrive background data, in case it gets reinstalled again it will at least consume fewer resources.
