Windows 10 Pro Prob (Reboot)

Hey together
I use Windows 10 22h2 with the Gamers Os Xtml File and Some Settings i do with template Games for Services,But the Problem is after 2-3 reboots My Windows freezing at the Windows Logo and My Keyboard and Mouse goes out ,and i Cant use Windows anymore
My Windows is Version 19045.5011
What make i wrong? Sorry for My Bad english sorry i am new a this topix with Custom ISO

If the problem only appears after a few reboots, the cause does not seem to be the image and the modifications made but perhaps a modification that you make once Windows is installed?
 
Yes After 4-5 reboots it freeze and the light from Mouse and Keyboard before it freezes Go out ☹️
The only Thing what i do ,i put new Drivers Like GPU ,chipset Driver …
I have use GamerOs 22h2 what i have load when i was making the ISO .And i use for Services the Preset LITE and deactivaitet Defender and Apps ….

I'm currently making a new ISO, what do I have to pay attention to in order for it to work?
Must i deactivaitet Secure Boot or something ?

After installation, do a reboot, then install 1 driver, reboot, etc...
In summary, do a reboot between each modification/installation (of drivers, etc...) and see when the problem reappears

I use Media Creation Tool Windows for free ,must i activate this ?

Windows ? Yes better that Windows is activated, reboot and start the modifications
