NTLite forum doesn't support images modded by other debloating projects, tools or scripts. Some of their modding methods don't support component-based servicing, and may create images incompatible with NTLite. If you want to use them, always do so after first updating a clean ISO with NTLite.
tiny11builder offers limited functionality, it can remove most default Windows Apps (but everyone can do this), and removes Edge & OneDrive by brute force file deletions. Other than adding a long list of reg tweaks, it's not a really deep debloating script. Some details in his script are just plain wrong.
VM logs don't provide any useful data, because it's from the VM's viewpoint and not from the running Windows install. Did you add drivers for your PC when updating the NTLite image?
