Windows 11 Failed To Install Error

Hello,

I had finally managed to get everything I desired configured in NTLite for a Windows 11 24H2 iso Image. All settings and such applied without failure inside NTLite and the iso was created without error as well. I then created a bootable USB using Rufus in which to use to install Windows 11 on my Media Server. However when I install Windows it will get to about 15% and give an error prompt stating "Windows 11 Failed to Install." I attempted to try and do an install with any changes I made reset to default and only left any program installations included in the iso. I still received the same error. Is there any way to determine what the cause may be?

Hello,

make sure to enable Windows Setup compatibility to protect needed parts.
For example Manual Setup and WinRE.wim are needed for the new 24H2 setup.

If this does not help, attach or send me your preset for review.
 
I greatly appreciate the advice and I do apologize for asking this as I am still somewhat unfamiliar with the software. I am unsure how to implement the advice that you have provided... Could you possibly link me to a guide that would instruct me on how to do so?

Load a fresh ISO from the beginning, like before.
After loading the preset from before, go to Components - toolbar - Compatibility.
Enable Windows Setup and any other that interests you, press OK.
Apply as before.

If you have any issues, attach the preset for review and tell me what to look for.
 
Hello,

I looked where you had suggested and the options that you suggested were already checked by default when I opened the menu. The two shown were already enabled. Perhaps I'm looking at the wrong ones?

I will also attach the preset file, though as to what to look for I am uncertain. The error I receive is very generic and I don't know much how to narrow down what else has been causing it. I have tried putting everything to default and I still receive it. It simply states after 10-15% that Windows 11 Failed To Install.

I appreciate the assistance and if needed help trying to narrow it down I'll do my best to assist.

Thanks for the preset.

Tested it, no issues. Btw it has only Unattended setup, was that intentional, maybe you attached the wrong one?
If this is it, try removing Product Key (Activation), keep only Setup one.
 
I think I did forget to attach a file. Let me attach the correct one. Ive tried everything that I can think of, but when it comes to 24H2 I just get an error when installing that it failed to install windows 11 even after trying to enable Windows Setup. I'm not sure if I'm doing something incorrectly or just plain missing something. Also my apologies for missing including this file earlier.

This one also worked.

Potentially your REG files have the culprit, for example UAC.reg, depends what it does I've seen methods of disabling UAC breaking setup.
Skip anything I would not have when testing the preset and it should work, then see what it is.
Let me know your findings.
