MIA Chan Do Not spam this forum by posting the same question multiple times, i deleted the other thread.
 
MIA Chan, in NTLite load the image you want to modify, then in the left menu click on "Settings" and look for "BypassNRO" which is a setting that makes it so you can create a local account instead of an online Microsoft account. There's a search bar where you can type this into to find it faster.

Screenshots are helpful, but like Taosd said, you need to also include text so we know precisely what you are after. If there is a language barrier, use Google translate (link) to type in your native language, then convert it into English and paste that text here.

I already gave you the method to solve this issue during Windows Setup (installation of the operating system) in my previous reply.

If you want to create a local account from the desktop *after* Windows is already installed, there are hundreds of articles on Google that show you how, including one from Microsoft (link). If that doesn't work, try other search results, such as this one (link).

As another tidbit of information, a password is *not* required for accounts. You can leave them blank and click next, then you never have to type in a password to login to the computer or when switching accounts.
 
NTLite's BypassTPM and BypassRNO settings will only work on licensed editions.

If you're using free edition, use Unattended screen to create a Local Account. Or import a reg file for adding BypassRNO, in NTLite's Registry.
