Windows 11 LTSC 2024 26100.1742 is there a recommended patch version that is relatively stable, or is it better to skip updates altogether？

Seems OK, gonna lock it down now, just like my Windows 10, still @ 19045.5555, all running great. Can't get away with running Windows 10 on my new laptop unfortunately :(

This seems the best it will get on this bloat fest.

I believe the APO driver is considered a new Windows audio feature, so it's not blocked by driver policies.

Prolly not if the long-term goal is for Windows to completely rewrite Explorer using WinUI. Then they wouldn't want to invest in something that will be thrown away (even if that future is so far distant).
