Windows 11 Pro 24H2 - System is not supported

When attempting to use a Pre-release ISO , it complains that my system is not supported , I have the options turned off in the Preset file., when I use the same preset file for an 23H2 iso it installs with no issues.

What am I missing here?

Make sure to select boot.wim - Setup edition on the Apply page - Reapply - Settings
As indicated in this guide.
Got to start from scratch, or load boot.wim Setup directly this time and apply the same preset, recreate ISO.
 
Normally, HW bypass settings are only applied to boot.wim (where Setup runs).

But you can save an extra step when building an install image, by enabling the Bypass settings and checking Configure - Settings for boot.wim (Setup) in the same Apply session.
 
Does your CPU have the SSE4.2 instruction ?
This instuction is required for 24h2
