run updates? doesn't it upgrade itself?

1) go here: https://store.rg-adguard.net/
2) then search this url link: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/microsoft-store/9wzdncrfjbmp
at the bottom u will see store files, get the newest appxbundle or msixbundle file, get that and install it by double clicking it.
