Windows 11 Your account is blocked

Hi i finally finish, but at the first boot teh message "your account is blocked" and the customization form windows menu didnt work, have to unlock the account using third apps for that

What screen are you seeing? Is this a Local Account or a Microsoft Account? A photo of the screen would be helpful.

sorry cant take photo becouse i unlock the accout , is a local account

It's hard to troubleshoot if you don't share the latest preset, or autounattend.xml (if you used one).

Hi thanks for the quick reply, here is my preset, didnt delete user becouse may be that the problem, anyway is a generic user/password

This preset doesn't list any changes. Do you have an earlier preset?

this preset was with services shutdown, i didnt use last time

Autologon password doesn't match the Administrator's password.
