Removing 'Windows Component Store (WinSxS)' works without any problem after the fix of October.
If we remove also the 'Windows Component Database' the setup gives an error.
Adding about 100 manifest files fixed this case.
Maybe this can be fixed in NTlite so we don't have to add the manifest files manually to the install.wim
