Windows Component Store (WinSxS) is needed to configure Features

Removing 'Windows Component Store (WinSxS) will destroy the image. Net Framework 4.8 item cannot be displayed in Windows features after installation。
Live Captiins, Voice Access, and Windows Reader(PDF) cannot be truly removed。

I have renamed the title.
Yes, WinSxS is needed for configuring features. Best is to enable Servicing Stack compatibility in Components - toolbar Compatibility next time before any removals.

. NET Framework 4.8 is already open. It just cannot be displayed in Windows features.
 
OK, if you're asking how to remake the ISO with Features working:
take the original ISO before editing, load the edition you want.
Load the same preset.
Go to Components - toolbar Compatibilty - enable Servicing stack and Host Refresh.
Apply saving changes.

Then in Image - Tools - Host Refresh, select that image to basically reinstall the Host without needing to reinstall everything.
Or reinstall if it's all the same, cleaner.
