Windows setting causing strange behaviour for Disk Clean-up

A setting changed in NTLite (Configure > Setings) is causing Disk Clean-up to hang, unless I mouse over it.

The reason this is a problem is I run Disk Clean-up at shutdown, and it's making the shutdown hang majorly.

Does anyone have any idea what setting it could be or how I could find it? Thanks.
 
Please attach your preset (after removing any user passwords or license key), so everyone can understand what you've changed.
 
Disabling "Animation effects" (under Desktop) causes it.

Turning on "Animate controls and elements inside windows" in Performance Options (in Windows) fixes it.

It really can't minimize itself without this setting on apparently. It just hangs on the last tick of the last cleanup.

Windows moment.
