Windows Troubleshooter made changes (How to undo?)

I am setting up my PC with Win11 Pro 23H2 and used NTLite to customize.
I have removed numerous components, including disabling of Windows updates, removal of Defender, etc.

While setting up my PC, the boneheaded genius in me clicked on Windows troubleshooter, expecting it to just show a dialog with additional steps/instructions. However, it automatically repaired my Windows update, with multiple changes, with no undo or confirmation.

I do not want to reinstall from scratch again. Is there any way for me to fix this?

Unless Windows created a restore point in System Restore, you can't really undo it. Besides the normal WU reset procedures, Window probably ran "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup" to repair itself.

Your PC's probably not in a broken state. Just not how you wanted it. Take a break, and reinstall it when you're more relaxed.

I suspected I might need to reinstall from scratch. I am quite particular about how I need it to be. That's exactly why I paid for NTLite :D.

I presume a host refresh will not help here?

A Host refresh would probably work. At least it will restore the same Settings as before.
