Why do you have KB5095966? This is for Windows Server, not normal Windows.

ntlite installed it; I didn't do it manually. And I was able to boot without secure boot.

You're using the free edition of NTLite, so you are responsible for choosing the right version of the update files. Not all updates are universal.
 
Free edition doesn't download updates for you.

When adding the updates, if I remember correctly, there was a button to the left of the download button that said something like "add to queue". I clicked on it and the updates were included while the ISO was being processed. Because of the updates that NTLITE automatically included for secure boot, I can't enable secure boot. Do you have any suggested solutions?

The problem I'm experiencing is with the 25h2 version, but I took a screenshot from the 24h2 version for reference so I can send it to you.
