DCH Drivers, Graphics Control Panels and NTLite dilemma

On the testing side, apparently the .7263 driver doesn't seem to install on a HD620 (Kabylake Core 'U' graphics), .6951 installs via .inf method or NTLite integration as known from before. Here am I going to thrawl the net and try some other graphics drivers in hopes of finding a 2nd half 2019 driver for those...

As long as dell(and others) give us security updated non dch drivvers with control paneli think us non gamer igpu users will be okies seeing as most gpu drivver updates are fixing bugs in games. What laptop user wants to rotate their screen 90 degrees?
Okay, in depth check using ntlite to compare infs against LTSC image, it seems 6951 has all the HD5XX, HD6XX and UHD6XX lineup. The 7263 driver only has 510/530/610/630 models despite being larger than the previous driver.
Since most consumer models have HD-X20 series, this seems intentional inf hackery and easily solvable, if only needing some driver signature to install.
Also, tried to find installers to Intel Graphics Control Panel, but unlike Realtek and Thunderbolt, those are online-only installers (what's even the purpose of such packages I'll never know, but.

Dell are listing some as DCH so in that case may aswell go straight to intel for the latest one then. Got loads of their web pages open so i can quickly go back and look. Buggers aint beating me without a fight 
Dont care if the control panel is the funky older one long as it works.
Gotta find the latest non dch for uhd610 and 630 and see if some kind soul will mirror them somewhere else(them awful free sites) incase dell pull em.

whats your Hardware ID, if you don't mind sharing. I think I have one for UHD630 in my HDD, but not sure of the link and there are variations of 'UHD630' with more and less cores, so different HWIDs.
As far as my searches in dell go, .6951 is the latest non-dch 'generic' 6-9th gen driver. All the others are device locked down to the .inf files, so that they only install on 'enterprise' type machines, and even then not in those sold to general public (like my Optiplex 3040 Micro).

Gonna try using the monitors controls for brightness, bit fiddly first, see how i get on. Easy at the mo cos where i got the monitor but once i get it back on a desk itza gonna be a pain. Aint giving up, havin a rest, been at this all bleeding day

PhsMu Gonna give 6951 another go, this time im gonna add updates after install, last run was just the iso without any updates, today/tomorrow/day after. Got stuff i need to do in strict order and this driver issue is 3rd on the list.
Funny thing is i tried the latest dch from intel and it wouldnt install, some moan about not meeting requirements(thats BS) but it installed when i did reinstall, update - install igpu driver, ???

ltsc, no store, i will not put that machine online at all. besides my lan cable aint long enough and that machine is in a different room. I need a laptop

Just found 2 possible themes so i wont need control panel app. Laugh but its all about the brightness of a window background, that white is just too white(?) Dark themes are usually pitch black, i want something grey or close to the old school Technics hifi house black colour, black/brown, easier on the eyes. I work in a darkened or low lit room so black black is bad for my eyes. See spoiler, black but not too black.
