I use similar keys in the solution inside the zip folder you quoted, and in the attached screenshot you can see it's paused until January 2026, so what you've posted is duplicating what I already did. I have a guide on pausing Windows Update forever (link1), and if you're still looking for more tweaks that use registry files, there's over 500 in the Optimized Image (link2).
