How can I make sfc /scannow skip scanning for missing files in a specific folder?

"I deleted the WindowsBackup folder, WindowsBackup.dll, and WindowsBackupClient.exe from the directory \Windows\WinSxS\amd64_userexperience-desktop_31bf3856ad364e35_10.0.26100.8514_none_c80dae211a587319\CBS\. However, when I run sfc /scannow, the cbs.log indicates that the missing files cannot be repaired. How can I make sfc /scannow skip checking these specific files while keeping them deleted?"
 
It's not possible to exclude a directory from the SFC scan, if I remember correctly.
