Impossible to use NTlite

Hello,

I tried NTLite on my PC and I can't start it by selecting the ISO file.

I tried changing several things, but it remains the same.

I'm sending you a photo of the message I keep getting.

Thank you for your help.

the message at the bottom basically says :

The file is currently busy or access is denied.
And sometimes an antivirus could be the cause. Only I don't have an antivirus.

Don't you have Windows Defender ?
If so, try disabling file scanning (I don't remember the name of the option)
 
Have you tried moving the image directory or deleting the directory from the disk and copying the image directory back?
This happened to me once, getting this message. I backed up the image directory, deleted the mount directory on the disk, then created a new one, then copied the image directory back, and it was fine

Silly question: have you also tried restarting your PC ?
Have you managed to mount/load this image yet ?

Yes, I tried several times and even reinstalled Windows properly with Aomei Backup without any trace of NTLite.
No, I didn't try rebooting. We'll see.
 
Does Aomei Backup clone ?
If you had a problem with Windows, it was "cloned" too I guess
 
Well, I figured out the why and how. It works now.
Actually, you don't have to mount an ISO image from Windows files (RAR or ISO). Just unzip it with WinRAR and put it in a folder anywhere; I put it on the desktop. From there, we select our folder and everything runs smoothly.

Oh yeah, I didn't think of that, I thought you had already done (what I call "image directory")
