KB4074590 black screen

after 13-14 february KB4074590 update, explorer.exe is working but its all black. i can use my computer just can't reach desktop. desktop comes back after 5 minutes of doing nothing.

is it ntlite related or aeroglass, startisback10 or wallpaperengine maybe? does anyone know?

can you check the cdpusersvc more deeply? what are the reasons for it? tmp, locaiton, or anything different or all of them together?

Let me explain how things are from my perspective:
- used your preset
- black screen on CU install was fixed and it's easy to avoid even before a fix
- I have observed that machine for 30-60min and CDPSvc service after installing that older KB, it did not prompt any errors, hasn't stopped and EventLog is clean in that regard

Fixed in build 6080, sorry for the delay, got sidetracked by another fix.
