W11 22H2 & 23H2 share the same LP's. 24H2 LP's have not officially been released as an ISO.

Instead use this PowerShell script to download 24H2:
PowerShell GUI for Downloading Language Packs - W10_11LangPack.ps1
Being able to install the FOD's on demand that I needed.

Only 2 I didn't get, which were the "TPM Diagnostics" and the "RSAT's"

Then I'll do a search here on the forum to see if anyone is also experiencing this or has experienced this and managed to resolve it.

Those are for optional system management. Unless you're an IT admin managing an Active Directory domain, there's no need for RSAT tools.

RSAT tools aren't even pre-installed on any Windows image, you need to add them yourself as Updates. So not having the language files for RSAT doesn't present any problems.

You do realize RSAT Features will only install on Pro, EDU or Enterprise editions? Home users can't join a domain.

All FOD's which aren't included can be installed online with a DISM command.
Code:
DISM /Online /Add-Capability /CapabilityName:Tpm.TpmDiagnostics~~~~0.0.1.0

Hello, good day. With all due respect, I have the following question:
1. I have a Windows 11 multi-edition ISO in Spanish (Spain). Can I add the languages en-us, es-mx, and pt-br using NTLite?
I ask because NTLite lets me add everything, but when I try to install Windows in any edition, a blue screen appears saying that additional updates are needed. The idea is for the installation to proceed normally until completion.

2. Does this only work for ISOs with a single edition? Because it has worked for me with the Pro edition, although the security features remain in English, and I still have to download the complete language pack.

Thank you very much for your response.

If you want to integrate languages in a multi-edition it`ll take a looooooong time to get finished. Every edition will be mounted sveral times to integrate everything. And remember: You got to integrate LPs first, updates after.

Hello, good day, thank you for your reply. The time it takes wouldn't be a problem; the idea is to have a multi-edition, multi-language ISO, and then apply the updates to that ISO every second Tuesday of the month. That way, I'll always have it available to apply the monthly updates as they are released.

That's why I was asking if it was possible to do that.

If you're going to constantly add a new Monthly Update, then you should prepare a special baseline ISO.

1. If you know how to use UUP dump, find the lowest build number for your release (for example 26200.1) and download it. Not all builds will be available, because MS can randomly withdraw older builds from distribution. In that case, you work your way up to the next higher build until UUP dump presents a build that works (try .1 -> .2 -> .3 -> ...)

2. If you're not allowed to use non-MS sources, then download the General Availability (GA) ISO for your release. This is the direct download ISO from MS.

3. Apply all the Language Packs and other resource files as needed. The more LP's there are, the longer it takes. The more image editions there are, the longer it takes. I would resist the temptation to add all the LP files, and applying those same changes to each selected edition at the same time. While NTLite supports this feature, it's probably safer to apply the same LP updates to one edition at a time.

4. Now save this new baseline ISO. Because you must always re-apply the latest LCU after you apply any LP files, there is no point spending more image processing time by using a later Windows build than is necessary. The .1 or whatever lowest build will integrate the fastest, since there are less changes to overwrite when applying updates.

5. Every time you want to create a new updated ISO, make a copy from your golden master ISO. Re-apply the Checkpoint and the current LCU to this ISO. When the next month comes, start over from a copy of your master ISO, and update it.

By keeping a golden master of the base ISO (with your pre-installed languages), this saves a lot of time and effort. What you want to avoid (in case there are image servicing bugs) is patching an already patched image.

Seems like no one here knows NTLite's advantages.

NTLite supports parallel integration, so all of the editions take as long as 1 would when it comes to integration.
But have a lot of free space and CPU cores for it to pull through, it auto-scales so if CPU has 4 cores, it will do 3 in parallel for safety.

So for this multi-lang ISO, I would integrate language packages, name it something clear, right-click that image folder in Image page and choose New edit.
That makes the original with language packs Read-only reference, and New edit rename to your working version of the image.
Then each month right-click the edit - Revert to get back to only lang packs and apply your preset with latest updates.
Faster than UUP.

In the past, whenever I did it, processing was tediously slow the more editions and LP's were queued. Maybe my PC's isn't as beefy as yours.

Hello, good day, thank you for your response. My current computer has a Ryzen 7 8700G with 64GB of DDR5-6000 RAM, and I run my processes on a 4th gen NVMe PCIe SSD.

One more question: I have the Windows 11 25H2 Spanish-US ISO with six selected base editions. I've already applied the Spanish-Spanish and Mexican-Spanish language options to create a base ISO and then just add monthly updates. When I install it, when it starts copying files and the setup begins, it appears in English, which I don't mind, although I'd prefer it to appear in the language I selected initially. This part continues until I reach the Windows desktop. The problem I'm seeing is that when I go into Windows settings, everything appears in English. When I go to the language settings, the selected language appears, but everything is in English, and I get the following message: "You are currently not connected to the internet, which prevents some language features from being downloaded. When you are connected, see this page to download the language features you want to use." I know what this message means—that I need to connect to the internet to complete the language setup—but here's my question: am I missing something when adding the languages in NTLite? Is it normal for this message to appear, and do I absolutely have to connect to the internet to finish downloading the language pack?

Thank you very much for your reply.

The PC's powerfull makes a big difference, processing time is twice as long on my laptop compared to my desktop, for example.
