What are we talking about? W10 or NTLite? I've already answered the questions. Older W10 releases still work, but they're no longer supported for Windows updates. The hangup with any release is confirming if you have the right drivers to make it run on a PC.
NTLite doesn't care how old the Windows release is. If the proper handling of that release was programmed into NTLite, it's still able to handle it years later. The only time it would break is if an unrelated change to another NTLite feature inadvertently breaks something else.
