Latest 9539 version image, (9445 & 9457 same)

Trying to enable the following:

id:61161244 (All), results in the following mish-mash, aka features enabled, but has the adverse effect of adding back the 'ribbon' in file explorer, along with removing 'tabs', and limiting the 'right click menu'? WTF!?

Any other 'id' from above added individually, does nothing?

id:62353331,62762248,61754985, nor id:59213768,61090762 do nothing either?

Is this a case of 25H2/26H2 'enablement package' not being installed @ ISO creation, or am I missing something in my pre set?

Interesting, will try this later, although I don't see how this setting could cause this?

Will report back, thanks.

This has happend with the two latest insider version for me. before it was not a problem to remove it.

OK, nothing to do with 'AIFabric.CBS', as on or off results in the same. I leave it off.

'Feature Configuration' (as I posted above, and without 'Windows Insider' enabled in same section) does :)

All new features enabled without the 'ribbon' etc. nonsense, just enable the ones you wish individually, not the 'ALL ID' ;)

All great now :D

It must be different on different windows. mine i still there with insider removed (Pic 1)
and then remove AIfabric its gone (pic 2)

Then I'm thinking it must be an NTLite issue then?

Maybe changing 'anything' (as I use same pre set for all LTSC images) results in these 'features' working/not working again? All I done was enable the above, and it's all fine? Hmm...

Will disable what I enabled and report back.

OK, after extensive testing, none of our theories have nothing to do with it :), not even a Windows 11 problem, for once lol!

I ran 9267, 9457, and latest, 9539, and all have no problem enabling features, but only when there are no traces of each other beforehand. This leads me to suspect some kind of 'cache' problem?

An example. One of the first things I do in Windows 11, is disable 'crossdeviceresume.exe', it's an irritant, and disables very nicely now, but upon loading new 9539 image, the below popped up (to do with crossdeviceresume), even before I got to desktop to disable it? How did it know? The resulting desktop is also presented, with 'ribbon'?, before any 'ID' is entered, before activation, or anything?

Further....

Cleaned all NTLite stuff, cache etc, removed all previous dealings, including all updates.

Started afresh, and each image is just fine :) All 'ID's' work! No weirdness with nothing, no 'ribbon' (although disturbing why that thing surfaced in first place lol?) WTF!??

All great now.
