W11 LTSC - Enabling new features

Trying to enable the following:

id:61161244 (All), results in the following mish-mash, aka features enabled, but has the adverse effect of adding back the 'ribbon' in file explorer, along with removing 'tabs', and limiting the 'right click menu'? WTF!?

Any other 'id' from above added individually, does nothing?

id:62353331,62762248,61754985, nor id:59213768,61090762 do nothing either?

Is this a case of 25H2/26H2 'enablement package' not being installed @ ISO creation, or am I missing something in my pre set?

i have the same problem with that ugly ribbon.. but i am on 26300.9539. i had the new menu, but then i remove these thing and the old menu came back. maybe its some of the AI? ..im gonna check tomorrow

This is on a live system btw.

This has happend with the two latest insider version for me. before it was not a problem to remove it.

OK, nothing to do with 'AIFabric.CBS', as on or off results in the same. I leave it off.

'Feature Configuration' (as I posted above, and without 'Windows Insider' enabled in same section) does

All new features enabled without the 'ribbon' etc. nonsense, just enable the ones you wish individually, not the 'ALL ID'

It must be different on different windows. mine i still there with insider removed (Pic 1)
and then remove AIfabric its gone (pic 2)

Then I'm thinking it must be an NTLite issue then?

Maybe changing 'anything' (as I use same pre set for all LTSC images) results in these 'features' working/not working again? All I done was enable the above, and it's all fine? Hmm...

Will disable what I enabled and report back.
