Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 10, 2026
Nlitesoft d.o.o. (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates ntlite.com. This policy explains what information is processed when you visit this website.
What We Collect
This website does not use analytics, tracking scripts, or advertising cookies. We do not collect, store, or sell personal data about your browsing behavior.
Contact Form
When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, email address, and message. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is not shared with third parties. We do not add you to any mailing list or use your contact details for marketing.
Payment Processing (Verifone / 2Checkout)
License purchases are processed by Verifone Payments B.V. (formerly Avangate B.V.), along with 2Checkout.com Inc and Avangate Inc, who together act as our Merchant of Record and as joint controllers of your billing data. They process your name, billing address, email, payment card details, and IP address (for fraud prevention) in order to complete the transaction, issue invoices, and meet tax and anti-money-laundering obligations. We do not see or store your full card number.
As Merchant of Record, Verifone is the seller on your statement and the entity responsible for refunds, chargebacks, and tax remittance. For details on what they collect and how they handle it, see the Verifone (2Checkout) Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Provisions.
When you click a Buy / Renew / Upgrade button on the pricing page, the embedded checkout overlay loads from secure.2checkout.com and may set first-party cookies on that domain for session continuity and fraud prevention. These cookies belong to Verifone, not to ntlite.com. You can also choose to open the same checkout in a new tab via the “open at 2checkout.com” link next to each Buy button.
Cloudflare
This website is served through Cloudflare, which provides content delivery and security services. Cloudflare may process your IP address and set a strictly necessary cookie (__cf_bm) for bot detection when you interact with the contact form (Cloudflare Turnstile). This cookie expires after 30 minutes and is not used for tracking or analytics.
Cloudflare processes this data as a data processor on our behalf. For details, see the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
NTLite Software
NTLite software does not collect personal data or monitor your usage. License activation requires a one-time online connection (or manual email activation). Auto-updating checks for new versions and can be disabled in settings. No telemetry, usage statistics, or behavioral data is collected by the software.
For full terms regarding the software, see the End User License Agreement.
Support Attachments
NTLite's "Send logs" action builds a diagnostic package on your own machine and opens an email for you to attach it to. The software transmits nothing on its own: the package is written to a folder you can open, and it reaches us only if you choose to send it.
Before it is written, the software lists every file it would include and lets you deselect any of them. Such a package can contain application logs and crash dumps, plus any preset you tick. Those carry file and folder paths, which on a default Windows install include your account name, and a preset can additionally hold a Windows product key or an auto-logon password. A "Remove private information" option is enabled by default and applies to presets: the copy placed in the package is blanked of those values, while the preset on your disk is left untouched. Logs and crash dumps are packed as they are, so deselect any you would rather not send.
A package you email us is kept only as long as the support conversation needs it and is then deleted along with the message. It is never used for anything other than answering your request, and it is not shared with third parties. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Cookies
This website uses only strictly necessary cookies set by Cloudflare for security purposes. We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or any other optional cookies. Your theme preference (dark/light mode) is stored in your browser's local storage, which is not a cookie and is not transmitted to our servers.
Your Rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. Since this website does not collect personal data beyond contact form submissions, the only data we may have is what you voluntarily sent us.
To exercise your rights or ask questions about this policy, contact us.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
